Good morning,

Just wanted to thank you for sending the gentleman to make the repairs this morning. He was early which was perfect, very personable and polite. He repaired the cement grout at the front door, and for the upstairs windows that didn’t lock, he showed me that the top portion of the window must be completely closed for the bottom portion to lock. Simple enough as I wasn’t aware that the top windows even opened.

So all that is left is to replace the side light window.

Thank you again for your great after sales service and I look forward to hearing when the side light window will be replaced.

My husband and I are exceptionally pleased with our new doors.  They gave us a very fair price and it was by far the most stress-free and hassle-free renovation experience we have ever had.

The installers were professional, polite and efficient, and they paid close attention to detail.  And as an added bonus, they cleaned very thoroughly before they left.

All in all, we were very impressed.  We would certainly hire Martin Industries again and we would recommend them to anyone.

We recently had Martin Industries replace 4 windows in our home. The largest measured 47” x 100” and was located on a wall in the middle of a stairway.

What appeared to me to be a daunting task, of removing the old window and installing a new window of the same size, was handled with professionalism and ease by Marty and his team.

A very special thanks to the installation crew, they were outstanding, they did a fantastic job on both removal and installation.

Where once we were struggling to open our windows they now open with ease and look fantastic.

Qualité Excellent.

We had windows installed by Martin Industries right on schedule. The quality of the windows is superb. The installation is above par. The installers were polite, clean, efficient.

We had windows installed in the fall of 2012 by another well-known company. Had to chase after them even though they promised 6 weeks.

Claude of Martin (Industries) said 6 weeks and that was exactly how it was. From Claude to Marty to the installation crew I give them a 10 plus.

Hi David,
I cannot say enough about the service I received today from your company.  As you could tell I was in a complete panic.  The service person you sent (J.P. ?) was amazing.  He opened up the window frame and once that was done we could see the source of the water problem, which we think is most likely the upstairs balcony leaking water through that window area.

He waited for me to get back home and also for the roofer to arrive so that they could discuss.

As you know I am going out of town and was ready to cancel my trip, the timely service was greatly appreciated and I am now able to go.

This spring, we solicited competitive bids for a set of 7 windows for our rear sun-room and we chose the low bidder Martin Industries and we are very glad we did. The quality and thoroughness and attention to detail we experienced from Marty Cooper and his installation team were outstanding. We are beyond pleased. As a result we contracted with Martin Industries to replace our aged front door with a new top of the line model and again the quality and workmanship has been superb.
