SCHEDULE B

VENDOR’S STANDARD INSTALLATION PACKAGE

 

  1. Standard Brick-Brick Installation Includes (Unless otherwise specified):

1.1 Covering the Floor with dropsheets and surrounding furniture with plastic sheets;

1.2 Removal of existing window/door and frame;

1.3 Preparation of wall opening to receive new frame;

1.4 Installation of window/door, shimmied to level;

1.5 Installation of insulation around frame (using Urethane foam);

1.6 Installation of exterior finishing with flatstock aluminum and standard caulking;

1.7 Installation of interior finishing with standard mouldings (pine/MDF/Poplar, or original moulding where applicable); Note: Additional specialty mouldings are available upon request;

1.8 Basic cleanup and removal of debris.

  1. Standard Installation does NOT Include (Unless otherwise specified):

2.1 Removal/Installation of any blinds, drapes or any other window covering;

2.2 Preparation of interior work area (removal of surrounding items including breakables, art, electronics, etc.);

2.3 Finishing/staining/painting of windows/door and mouldings;

2.4 Disconnection and removal of any wires or alarm materials;

2.5 Re-connection or re-installation of wires or alarm materials.

  1. All items located within an area of 2-3 feet from window/door openings and pathways thereto, shall be cleared by Purchaser and free of any items, breakables and any and all obstacles. Vendor shall not be responsible for any damages, including the repair or replacement of any of Purchaser’s items which remain in above-described area at time of installation.
  1. The Vendor shall not prep or install any item or hardware not supplied by it.
